ADP’s cloud based MPHRO services are offered exclusively on its proprietary SaaS HCM systems including: 

  • ADP Workforce Now: for mid-sized North American organizations up to ~3k employees (ADP Workforce Now Comprehensive Services) 
  • ADP Vantage HCM: for U.S. headquartered organizations with >1k employees (U.S. COS) 
  • ADP GlobalView (based on SAP HCM): for large multinational MPHRO clients (combined with ADP Streamline for smaller employee populations).  

ADP has ~8.8k multi-process clients and serves ~2m employees, of which ~108 are COS clients.
