Key Findings & Highlights:

QPR ProcessAnalyzer supports ERP systems, web apps, files, and databases. Extracting data to QPR ProcessAnalyzer is mainly done through connectors. The company has pre-built ones for many large systems: ODBC, OleDB, ABO.NET (SQL), SAP (R/3 SAP .NET Connector, SAP S/4HANA OBDC), Salesforce, and generic Web services.

QPR ProcessAnalyzer offers a customizable UI to show discovered as-is processes and can be used for comparisons. It can use flowcharts to analyze other data types, e.g., using nodes to represent resource types (e.g., users or organizational departments).

Digging into the root cause of a problem can be initiated from the analysis used to find the problem. QPR ProcessAnalyzer helps users identify root causes by showing commonalities of the afflicted case data. Many analyses can be used in conjunction with each other to drill down into critical cases and determine root causes readily.

QPR Software uses a user-based licensing model. It offers an online certification program, where the training material and access to the company's wiki knowledge base are available online and free of charge.

QPR Software had, on average, 88 employees in 2020, with about half dedicated to process mining. The company operates two offices.

QPR Software currently has ~105 clients, with 20 having signed with the company in the last 12 months.
