Gautam Ghai
Gautam is a Research Analyst with NelsonHall's IT services team, responsible for the Vendor Intelligence Program (VIP), providing in-depth and insightful analysis of the major global IT services vendors.
He joined NelsonHall in 2025 with 20 years' research experience in the IT, customer experience, and professional services industries. He has worked with IBM and Evalueserve, and most recently Concentrix, where he set up and led the company's global Market Intelligence team for a decade. He received the Concentrix Presidents' Club Award for excelling in this role.
Gautam is an MBA from LBSIM, New Delhi and has a bachelor's degree in computer applications. He lives in Goa, India, with his wife, daughter and his pet dog, Oreo. He is an avid cricket and tennis fan and loves to travel.
