In late 2016 Zensar Technologies introduced its cognitive IT infrastructure IP ‘The Vinci™,’ an infrastructure management services platform, driven by automation, autonomics and orchestration utilizing predictive analytics and machine learning. Zensar highlights The Vinci capability across 3 P’s (Proactive, Predictive and Preventative), with a real-time dashboard to track both business and operational metrics. The Vinci is integrated with Zensar’s K.O.S.H framework (Knowledge Orchestrated Systemic Healing repository).

Zensar also provides cognitive chatbots across the service desk through utilization of The Vinci infrastructure managed services platform.
