Jeanine has global responsibility for Global Employer of Record (EOR), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Learning Platforms, and Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) research and client support.

Jeanine is a highly experienced HR practitioner with 30 years of experience across industry sectors, including aerospace, automotive, energy, government, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, learning, and business consultancy. She has significant experience in leading and managing business transformation/integration, global sales enablement, competitive and industry benchmarking, HR and learning technology, strategic change leadership, managed service provider engagements, organizational and process redesign, and M&A initiatives. She is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Jeanine holds a BSBA in Management Information Systems from Central Michigan University and an MSM from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan. She resides with her husband in Davison, Michigan, and enjoys gardening, camping, traveling, and spending time with her adult children.
