
Mike Smart
Mike Smart is a Senior Analyst and member of the IT Services team focusing on digital transformation technologies and services.
Mike specializes in key technologies such as RPA, ML, AI, and GenAI. In addition, he has specialist knowledge in cyber resiliency services.
Highly regarded for his analytical talents, Mike also leads data modelling and analytics initiatives in support of NelsonHall's ITS and BPS market forecasts and market surveys. He was responsible for transforming NelsonHall's extensive global market forecast engine, including the introduction of NelsonHall's unique interactive Self-Forecasting Tool. Mike also launched NelsonHall's NEAT tool and has project managed the launch of the new NelsonHall website.
Mike joined NelsonHall in 2012 with six years' experience in direct-to-consumer sales and operational management within a global organization. Mike holds a First Class BSc (Hons.) in Mathematics from Heriot Watt University.
When he's not working, Mike enjoys running, and he completed his third marathon at London 2025.
