OSV focuses on BPaaS services on the Workday platform. It has built tools to automate and simplify operations on a Workday platform, including its proprietary Atmosphere tool, which offers in-tenant features to support scale across clients.

OSV's core businesses (with an estimated share of revenue):

  • Payroll and HR Services: (where the U.S., Canada, and U.K. payrolls are typically serviced on the Workday platform and additional countries are supported through a partner network),  workforce administration, employee verification, garnishments, tax, benefits, and COBRA administration. In this business, all clients adopt payroll and/or tax services, and a subset adds HR services alongside (90%)
  • Finance and Accounting Service  (10%).
