The remaining IT infrastructure and U.K. BPO activities will remain in Atos.
Atos has its Digital Assurance practice, which has 13,500 practitioners and services ~200 clients. Its key clients include FedEx, HMRC, NS&I, State Street, American Express, Daimler, Allstate, and Moody’s. Digital Assurance will be part of Eviden.
