Capgemini’s Digital Employee Operations (DEO) business, comprising End-to-end support for HR operations from Hire to Retire, including contact center support, Digital Learning Operations (DLO), Process automation, and analytics, falls within one of its nine essential business offerings.

Capgemini provides content (design and build), delivery, administration (operations), tech, consulting, and knowledge management (KM) services.
