Perceiving that learning services was likely to become a more critical process within MPHRO contracts, Xerox began looking for a potential target to augment its existing MPHRO capabilities, and in May 2006, Xerox entered the LBPO space with the acquisition of Intellinex. Intellinex began as the internal training organization within Ernst & Young, but was spun out of the company in 2000.
