Neeyamo, founded in 2009 and headquartered in Chennai, India, with its principal office in California, is a pure-play provider of HR services with an emphasis on serving long-tail countries.  Since its inception, it has been developing proprietary tools to support its HR services, and in October 2018, it established a wholly-owned subsidiary – NeeyamoWorks, dedicated to the development of its HR products. NeeyamoWorks now manages all the technical development of the product suite that supports its HR services organization. Neeyamo’s HR business is primarily organized into the following offerings:

  • HR outsourcing: serving MPHRO ~22 clients and ~150k employees across ~75 countries
  • Global payroll: serving ~100 clients across ~153 countries and processing ~11m payslips annually
  • HCM Technical services, offering tools, technical consulting and support: ~60 projects completed to date; serving ~50 clients across ~70 countries
  • Pre-employment screening: ~200 clients served across ~185 countries, ~5m elements verified, and ~21 types of checks

Across all its business lines, Neeyamo supports ~300 clients in ~185 countries.

In 2012, Neeyamo began to provide Cloud HR Transformation Services, focusing initially on the deployment of SAP SuccessFactors. Neeyamo now also operates its HR services for clients on Workday and is looking to expand its HR Cloud Transformation Services to Oracle-based customers. Neeyamo is technology agnostic.
